Habit Tracking
Track the habit, not the wish
“Get fit” isn’t a habit. It’s a wish. Habits are specific: three workouts a week, read before bed, lights out by eleven. Freaks is built around that distinction: you track precise, concrete habits, because precise things are the only things you can actually show up for.
Each habit gets its own consistency score, measured over recent weeks and weighted toward today. Daily habits, weekly habits, whatever cadence is true for your life. Streaks are in here too, for the people they motivate. They just never get to punish you for a rest day.
Then the stats do their quiet work: weekly, monthly, and yearly views that show you which habits are actually holding and which are wishful thinking. The data is a mirror, not a judge. Look in it, adjust, keep going.
